Rental Analysis
A free rental analysis is provided to anyone that is interested. You do not have to be a client with us to receive a rental analysis. A comprehensive rental analysis provides a starting point for our clients to make informed decisions about whether their rental investment will meet their financial goals and risk tolerance.
Move-in Inspection
Inspections are an important part of our service for both clients and tenants. Property inspections are done before a tenant moves into the rental with our Tenant Placement Service. After our initial inspection we will advise you on any services needed to get your property ready to market.
Property Marketing
Once a property is ready to market, we advertise our client's properties through a variety of online platforms, our renter database, and other media. Each rental property includes a detailed property description and professional photos of the property.
Tenant Showings
As inquires come in from our marketing efforts, we encourage all interested applicants to view the property in person. We will schedule applicant tours, answering any questions the applicant may have about the property, and collect feedback for our landlords during this process.
Tenant Screening
Interested applicants will need to apply to secure a rental property with us. The application involves a screening process to make sure that the applicants qualify. Our screening process includes obtaining credit reports, criminal background checks, speaking with previous landlords, and income and employment verification.
Lease Prep, Signing, & Collection
Once a qualified applicant has been selected for the rental, we then draft a rental agreement and get the agreement signed by all parties. Depending on the move-in date, we then collect either a holding deposit or the security deposit & first month’s rent.
